it's a nice app, but still loads of improvements, like those to begin with: - if we accidentally tag a photo, there's no way to untag, like it's possible to unlike. - to update the info in the child profile we need to leave and come back to the page - the "back button" don't exit the app, like the other

Thanks Ricardo for the thoughtful feedback! Good news, you can untag! Just tap the same Tag icon again while viewing the photo and it’ll remove it. As for the back button, that sounds a bit off. Extremely slow to update between staff entering updates and users receiving the information. Additionally, when you get a push notification and click on it, the landing page doesn't show the information that's in the push notification review. If you click another part of the menu and then go back to where the landing page, the update is there. This occurs every time

Can't save photos anymore. I used to love saving photos of my little one having a blast at nursery but since I installed the latest version on my updated phone, I've lost that functionality entirely which makes me so sad as there are such gorgeous photos of her smiling in updates from nursery, and I can't get them without screenshot which will always be poorer quality/lower res. Is this a glitch or a deliberate removal of that function?

Hi there, so sorry to hear this, especially when there are such lovely photos you want to keep! This is actually a setting that the nursery controls, so it's worth getting in touch with them directly to check if it's been changed. Hopefully they can get it sorted for you soon! 💜
